About Me
BODYWORK

I've been studying natural health and therapeutic modalities for the past 13 years. I see massage as an essential ingredient for a well-balanced wellness and healing process for body, mind and spirit. My work is influenced by my studies in Taoist Abdominal Massage (Chi Nei Tsang), John Barnes Myofascial Release, Structural Balancing, Thai Massage, Reiki, and Shamanic training.

While I always integrate all of these frameworks and modalities into my work, I've found that the most important thing I can do in a session is to be as fully present as possible, attune to the client and their specific needs, and allow my intuition and hands to guide me. I try to show up for my sessions as fully charged as possible so that both I and the client feel more nourished after a session.

COACHING

I have been coaching for the last 8 years spanning a range of nutrition and wellness, holistic lifestyle embodiment, emotional support, and couples coaching. In choosing coaching over becoming a licensed therapist, I have more flexibility and freedom to work co-creatively with my clients to create a session that is uniquely attuned to their needs.

Our sessions may involve learning skills and practices together such as meditation and movement, or it could be more akin to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, where we talk, reflect and process. The coaching space is an evolving, co-creative process where you get to participate in asking for and receiving the kind of support you want and need. I also guide us in exercises and practices that help reveal a space of deep reflection and awareness.
RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT

Supporting individuals and couples in the profound process of awakening through the path of relationships is a deep passion and calling. Through the mirror of relating we are often shown our deepest wounds, and our deepest radiance. Doing the work of showing up for relating with a willing and open heart to heal and grow through whatever comes up can be challenging work and is often supported by the more-objective lense of a neutral support system.

In working with individuals I support people in finding more clarity around their desires in relationship, how to develop secure attachment with Self, how to understand their attachment system and work with it, and how to observe how various "parts" are responding and reacting in the space of relationship.

In working with couples I offer conflict resolution support, help equip people with communication tools that allow them to work through conflict with greater ease, and support couples in coming into a safe space of vulnerability so that deeper healing and connection can be experienced.

I have studied and draw inspiration from Internal Family Systems (parts work), Eastern spirituality (mostly based in non-dual teachings and Buddhist meditation), and have spent many years deeply studying what makes relationships work through my own practice, receiving lots of coaching, and reading. My favorite works for reference on the topic of relationships include IFS for relationships, UPLVL communication, PolySecure, Attached, When Lovers Attack, & the Gottman Institute-- to name a few. I support individuals and couples in monogamy and polyamory.
